Visalia Remodel Open House 

After an extensive remodel of our Visalia North facility, SVS held an 
Open House on September 10^th to celebrate the grand re-opening. 

In addition to new paint colors, flooring and furnishings, some of the 
program rooms were restructured by moving walls to make 
them larger and more conducive to programming. 

These structural changes allow for more programming opportunities to clients, 
such as a game, exercise, computer and movie rooms. 

We also created a dining area for the kitchen, so, in addition to 
learning kitchen safety and cooking skills, clients will learn to set tables as well.   

Celebrating the occasion along with SVS clients and staff were representatives from
Central Valley Regional Center, Tulare County Special Education Department,
parents, family members and care providers.
